The Raynox DCR-250 provides a low-cost solution to convert standard telephoto lens into flexible and affordable macro lens. I've been wanting to purchase and test this lens for months (why did I wait? - see more).
Thanks to Jeremy Mudd, I had a quick chance to review out the Meike® MK-14EXT Macro TTL ring flash for Nikon yesterday. After an hour with the flash, the jury is definitely out on this flashes' usefulness for serious macro photography. (see more)
So, I've been very curious to review how the Tamron 150-600mm f/5-6.3 SP Di VC USD would work with a teleconverter. Today I tested it out on some lunar photography using the Tamron 300F-FNs 2x.
